CRACOVIA SOCCER CLUB 2024 SPRING SOCCER REGISTRATION
Registration is for children ages 3-18, as of 11/15/2023 until MARCH 2024
You don’t have to live in Woonsocket to be a member of our Club, everyone is invited! Your fee covers the cost of a quality soccer uniform (jersey [not a t-shirt]), socks, shorts, a trophy for each participant, and supplemental accidental co-insurance. Fees are as follows: $80.00 for your first child, $50.00 for a second sibling, and $40.00 for each additional sibling. You may download a registration form below, to fill out and submit at one of our in-person registrations.
Late fees will be added to your registration, if submitted, on or after 03/07/2024.
